Leopard Print: Cheap or Classy?

Hello world, and welcome my dearest friends,

How is your week so far? I hope even better than great.

It’s another #SMWednesday so it is officially time for a new blog post. I’m so excited! Seriously. Every week seems like the very first one. And I love it.

I know I am posting a little later today but I have an excuse. I mean there should be no excuse in the first place but this is a special one. My closest closest closest friend who also comes from Ostrava is visiting Prague this week and I cannot be happier. It is so wonderful she is spending whole week with us here in Prague. I am very grateful for having her here.

So I hope you understand how important it is, hahha. No but on a serious note, I am really trying to make the most of our time together here. Today we went exploring, plus to see an exhibition (fashion related, so I guess it’s even more relevant excuse, right?!) of the dresses created by a late Czech designer Hana Podolská. It was beyond pretty. You can see some pieces on my instagram @stylemotivations if you fancy.

Now straight to the point. Leopard print.

Admit it. Who would never wear it. And who thinks it’s not that bad. Or maybe actually pretty cool and a very nice fashionable touch.

I was in the first club at the very beginning. I never understood how someone could ever wear it. I mean you do you but for me personally.. not a thing of mine. It always had this vibe of cheap for me. No offense.

Well, BUT the tables have been turned.

I still believe you should be careful with this print, however, I don’t see it as cheap anymore. Not at all. I actually find it very elegant.

Of course, it very much depends on how you combine it. What colours you’re mixing the print with. Nevertheless, if you keep it simple and don’t end up all over the place it could look very classy.

I gave the leopard print second chance this Fall and I became addicted. So here you have it. Little inspiration how to put an outfit together featuring a leopard skirt which I had for ages but never wanted to wear it. Until now. Since this season it stays on the top of my closet.

What do you think? Yay or hell no?

Let me know, I would love to see your ideas and opinions. ❤️

Have a great week.

See you next Wednesday!

With love,

x Kristýna
