Hello everybody!
I have to admit that I am a big, not big – HUGE, fan of candies and all kinds of sweet food. I know, I know. It’s not really the healthiest way of life but I just can’t help myself. It is stronger than me. It is also very good for my nerves. 😀 But we all have those moments sometimes.
So thanks to this little guilty pleasure of mine I have decided to make a post about three ways how to make your breakfast at least look healthy but still be super sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Here they are, my three yougurt tips for your breakfast (or maybe just snack)

1. White yogurt with oat flakes, sponge biscuits, dried banana and rice sirup

2. White yogurt with dried apples, sunflower seeds, raisins and a pinch of cinnamon

It’s really amazing because here you can let your creativity work and do whatever you want to. There are no rules. People say that breakfast is an important beginning of the day, so make sure you’ll make your day as good as possible! 🙂
